I am told that my bannocks are too thin, but they get the job done:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
cook as pancakes on a very buttery pan
- 03.015 The bannocks are baking!
